S for SECURITY - Exploring strategies to foster a SAFE ENVIRONMENT and learn about tools and techniques to establish a secure landscape that encourages emotional stability
E for EQUITY - Discussing a better ACCESS for all, irrespective of social, economic, and geographical differences, bridging the gaps and ensuring a fair opportunity for mental health
A for ADAPTABILITY - Building RESILIENCE within oneself and communities. Discovering how ADAPTABILITY could help us navigate through life’s ups and downs
S for SERENITY - Exploring the crucial role of NONVIOLENT COMMUNICATION in cultivating a state of tranquility and contributing to personal and collective SERENITY.
There will also be Art therapy, VR relaxing and Mind Journal activities, as well as free drinks for those who register in advance.
Through this event, we aim to foster a dialogue that leads to action and drives positive change in the mental health landscape.
